A fully bio-based green façade? It really is possible!
Together with our partners Leafy and Bambooder, we realized this green façade at the Marineterrein in Amsterdam. For this product, we developed a special bamboo-based formula that is highly resistant to swelling caused by moisture at the back of the panels. It marks a wonderful conclusion to our research project, which was supported by the Province of North Holland. And it turned out beautifully, if we do say so ourselves. Would you like to see this work of art in person? You certainly can! The façade is located in a public space, so feel free to drop by if you are in the area: Marineterrein Amsterdam, near the National Maritime Museum. We are certainly very proud of it.
